Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to have work-study support in order to be hired?
Work-study support is desireable, but not required. We have a fixed amount of funding, so the overall number of students that we hire will depend on the number of students who have work-study support. But work-study support is not required for any specific position.
  • Can I apply to work for second term?
Not yet. Positions that are open in the second term will be posted in December. All students applying for positions should be avaiable to start working in the first week of October.
  • Can a position be split between two students?
Not likely. We really need students who can work at least 10 hours per week. If we can't fill a position, we might consider splitting it (but probably not).
